Ballet: The foundation of all dance techniques and styles. Progressive classes based on different ballet styles, emphasizing technique, terminology and choreography. Students gain life-long benefits of improved posture and body alignment. Our ballet classes are creative, imaginative and fun.

Tap: A unique American Art Form with many styles spanning generations of dancers. We have some of the area's most outstanding instructors teaching classic, musical theatre style and Rhythm tap. Classes for all ages: pre-schoolers to adults.

Jazz: For students Combo 2 and up. Funky, fun music, exciting choreography and technique. Prior experience in Tap and Ballet is encouraged.

Contemporary: An exciting combination of advanced jazz and modern dance. This dance form uses complete body movement, emphasizing freedom and creative energy. Ballet training is essential - for advanced level students.

Level 1/2 Combo: Our popular morning program for children 2 years old and up. They consist of pre-ballet, creative movement, and tumbling with a refreshment break. We enjoy fun activities that teach coordination and motor skills.

Level 1 Combo: 3-5 years. A fun introduction to dance movements! A one hour class with an emphasis on developing motor skills and coordination with creative movement, ballet and beginning tap. Morning and evening classes.

Level 2 & Level 3 Combo: 6 and up. Refining skills learned and training more on correct posture, body alignment and technique. Ballet, Tap and Jazz are all taught and performed.

Expression: This is an auditioned non-competition Performance Group who perform all over the city throughout the year representing Academy Dance. This group requires technique classes in addition to Expression Repertory class. They perform lyrical, tap, jazz, hip-hop, ballet, and modern dance. This group requires high energy, professional class attitudes, and upper level technical training. Auditions are open to the studio and are held in the Spring.

Adult Stretch and Tap: This is a very fun, laid back class of adults looking for a way to be active and healthy. It includes yoga like stretching and strengthening and beginning tap. Performance is definitely an option!
